Stressed?

Boy! I am pooped from ONE WEEK of school. This week has been hectic and I’m not getting much feedback from my brain/schoolwork habits. All my teachers are loading us with all this homework, and I’m not enjoying it AT ALL. Today, I had 4 tests in a row. One in Biology, one in ACSP, one in math, and one in language arts. Each class after 3rd period, I was studying for the test for the next period. THat was “FUN” Well, I’m happy it’s the weekend (but I’ve got memorizing to do for Language Arts) I’m going to enjoy the rest of my Friday. So, BYE!

Reading

I think I should read more. I’ve just finished writing an essay due tomorrow for language arts–boy was it bad! I had to revise it 4 times! I’m hoping this time, I get an A or B on the essay. If I don’t, I’m going to be really angry! My grammar and vocabulary skills need a lot of work. The only way I can do that is by reading more.
Currently, it takes me a month or longer to read a 400-500 page book. That’s way too long to be spending on reading a book. I should be able to read through 2 books per month! (At least according to the SAT/9 board and the newspapers) W.O.W. I’m slow at reading.
How can I read more if I have so much homework each day though? Well, I can always use this computer time, like right now, and read! Well, I must go and do my other homework rather than deciding to procrastinate on such a thing as homework. –And, I’ve got zero period tomorrow! Ack! Bye!

Well-into Second Semester

This semester, I’ve been working my butt off, but it seems like I’m not reaping any rewards for my hard work. My math grade went up (but only 1.8%) I was hoping I was going to get a higher grade on that last test….. and my bio grade just can’t go up. I KNOW I can do the work, I just don’t show it. My language arts grade went down like 5% because of a test grade I got a ‘C’ on and for a missing assignment. GOSH. I don’t like school anymore. My spanish grade is also a B….. so this semester isn’t cool.
